State reform in the Russian Federation at the present stage: challenges and threats

چکیده
The purpose of the study is to identify content modern administrative reform and characteristics its impact on quality efficiency public administration in Russia. methodological basis includes dialectical, systemic, comparative historical legal approaches. formal method, methods data collection, analysis secondary data, analysis, induction, studies were also used herein. results showed that state reform, contributing a successful democratic transition developed social state, implemented by eliminating excessive centralization power, creating conditions for business development, removing government interference barriers, ensuring competition countering corruption. introduction criteria effectiveness performance evaluation, monitoring control apparatus contributes real control. Based study, priority trends deployment identified author’s recommendations further improvement formulated.
